About IdentifyU

I developed IdentifyU to help people understand why overthinking takes place and how it can create anxiety, fear and disconnect from self and others. We can go through life never knowing who we really are, shaping ourselves to be who we think people want us to be. Anxiety can stem from hiding our true self for fear of judgement and being misunderstood. Counselling and wellbeing support can really help you to re-connect with yourself and identify who you are. Identification can help release those anxieties and complex thoughts. IdentifyU to release your own self-judgement. I can help you to find clarity, focus and sense of awareness in understanding self. Wellness support is aimed at raising self-esteem and body confidence.
