Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes "healing". It is given by "laying on hands" and is based on how "Life force energy" flows through us.
If life force energy is low we will feel more stressed and unwell.
If it is high we are more capable of feeling happy with a greater sense of wellbeing.
The word REIKI is made of two Japanese words:
REI= "God's wisdom of the higher power" and KI which is "Life force energy".
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including: the body, emotions, mind and spirit creating a general feeling of overall wellbeing.
Reiki Attunements
Please contact me if you would like to be attuned to Reiki at Level 1, Level 2 or Reiki Master Level. I have undertaken each level of Reiki training which allows me to fully attune you to the Reiki Healing system of energy.
The attunement to Reiki is a wonderful experience which allows the Reiki energy to flow through your system. Once you have been attuned to Reiki Level One you can use Reiki on yourself and for friends and family.
The Level two attunement will allow you to work professionally with Reiki clients and you will have access to the Sacred Reiki Symbols. The Reiki symbols enhance the Reiki treatment to a more specific Level with the meanings of the symbols.
Reiki Master Level Attunement
The Reiki Master Level Attunement is the highest level which provides deeper wisdom and enlightenment to the Reiki Healing Energies. At Master Level you will learn about the Reiki Master symbol which holds the key to the attunement process.
